✅ Eligible Returns

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos or unboxing video required as proof

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (due to safety and usage concerns)
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Minor packaging damage

🔁 Replacement / Refund

  • Once approved, we will offer:
    • Replacement of the product, or
    • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

📦 Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side → we cover return shipping
  • Otherwise → return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
